The CFW Career Transition Program is a self-guided course designed to see you through every stage of your career journey and job search—from self-reflection and self-branding to what it takes to identify and secure your ideal next job and bring your career direction into focus.
We use an action-oriented approach to facilitate your thought process, supported by tools and templates to guide you going forward.
Strengths & Interests
- Complete an assessment of your professional strengths.
- Reflect on your interests, professional characteristics, and values to move toward an understanding of your vision of career success.
- Gaining the perspective of others who know you professionally, you’ll learn how to conduct your own 360 review–what questions to ask and how to decipher feedback to gain the best understanding of your full professional potential.
Our Career Pathing Program is led by CFW Co-Owners, Rachel Fagnant-Fassler and Cynnie King, whose diverse professional and educational backgrounds converged over a decade ago in the recruiting and coaching field at CFW Careers.
Our coaching and curriculum approaches are rooted in the belief that everyone has several paths they could take, each resulting in career satisfaction, and that belief in possibility and flexibility guides our work with individuals and companies.
